Problem Solving .
" Is Fun."
I need to add the side building that has a wide open front and i do not wish the slope inside to be seen.
Most certainly the camera would pick that oddity out.
This is how i set about screening it. No fine detailed work needed doing at the time, just the marking and cutting out of the main shape. However as is often found the smillies often wish to over complicate the obvious.
Using the wall to work out the unusual but simple box shape took only a jiffy to do.
" How long is a jiffy BB?"
" It`s near double the size of a jif."
" so the fy is nearly half a jiffy"
"Yes, Thank`s guys."
"Very glad that was explained in near half details"
" Well i like to make it simple, although explaining a jiffy in a jiffy is impossible."
"You mean it takes lots of jiffy`s to do that BB ?"
" Yip!"
" so why use them bb?" asked the little button.
" To confuse Peter i bet?"_________"Eh!"
I also marked out the Apex!
" BB what`s an Apex?"
" It`s a something that takes about half a Jiffy to do."
The two ends with pointed tops soon appeared.
" and two sections were cut out of one end wall."
" To allow for the walls to slip nicely into place."
" Well i never!"
i pinned a mock up,to show everyone.
The walls will be set in from the end walls creating eventually pleasing angles to view.
The timber framed sides will have their windows cut out later.
So the small building with its inner wall ,and the slope extending from it will butt onto the larger sized building without any problems.
" Yah! Seeing is believing."
So taking them apart i then made the measurements for the large wide open front.........
..... and a smaller back doorway in the other end wall. There will be two steps leading up from the floor and a good solid door fitted too.
There it is all cut out.
The upper floor and roof is next to mark out in a few Jiffy`s. i hope you will visit again. BB
