Very good conversions,I remember them from ets on the Hat forum, but you have added a few more and now painted them, splendid conversions and paint job,an insperation to all us Zulu war fans, thank you for sharing them with us. A nice reminder to manufacturers as well that there are still gaps to be filled in the Zulu war in 1/72,well done.
The zulus in attack are conversions. The dead zulus had been made as the photos below ( using the techniques to cut ,sandpaper and hot water ):
Colonel Durnford is conversion. The zulu commanders are creations in white metal and the child is conversion of the figure Jungle Adventure 7018 of the Hat.
Nice work, and thanks for sharing your conversion techniques. Not sure you'd be able to hold up a rifle with one hand though... (7th picture in 1st post).
It is possible to shoot with rifle Martin Henry alone with an arm (3,827 kg).
Although the zulus of the ESCI to possess more details, seem athlete with many muscles. The zulus of the Hat and the commanders in white metal, are next to the reality in my opinion.

To hold one up..not impossible for a short while, but to actually fire one single handed !!.I´d like to see anyone try. Theyéd only do it once and regret it for months
