Two complete diferent scenes these are, and a nice idea!
The winner is Paul, who did use the wall on a more funy way by using snow for ammo.
He was up against Jan (mabo) who did protect his wall from above.
Congratulations for these results, to Paul extra congrats for the winning, but als to Jan for his part of this duel.
Nice of you both to duel, and lets hope this wasn't yous last duel.
Thanks guys!

Congratulations to the winner!
Fun win over beauty.. ;-)

But I like (and vote for) MABO's guardsmen.. it shows to be Alex sculpts at Valdemar. Unfortunately, photos are too small, I cannot see - figures are painted or washed? At distance looks very well.

It was a difficult decision for me. Both great dioramas and nice paintjobs.

Congrats for a very nice duel  Both of you did a great job, but I voted for Paul, because of the original idea

I had a hard time coming to a decision on this competition. Both scenes are fantastic. The tie-breaker was the guy getting the snowball in the head. Well done, both of you!!!

Congrats to Jan for the very nice paintjob, double congrats to Paul for 1st place, the main idea and its realisation.
Something which elicitates particular feelings, as Paul's work does, it's a piece of art.

Congrats to Paul. :headbang:
He has a funny idea dealing with the topic "Guarding the city walls". Maybe my time will come with the next duel. It was a pleasure to paint the Valdemar figures and it was a great opportunity to do it for this duel.
Go on to the next victory, Paul! :king:

And thanks to all of you who voted for me!
