15mm fantasy project (bad pic)

I have started a new project to sculpt 2 opposing fantasy armies in 15-18mm and decided upon Dwarves and Goblins, this project will have no casting of dollies involved and each figure will be sculpted from scratch. I am allowing myself a time constraint of at least five figures per week
Here is an awful pic of my first test models of a Dwarf standard bearer 13mm tall and a Cave Goblin (shamelessly based on GWs Night Goblins) 10mm tall

On my to do list for the forthcoming week or so are five Cave Goblins with spears, two cave goblins holding a net between them, a Cave goblin Banner bearer and a goblin on another's shoulders. I will try to get some better non camera phone pics soon
