What do you use to prime with? I have used both Krylon black and white paint + primer but I like the look of yours. Did you wash them afterwards?

I use Americana acrilic colors, in this case I use a light blue as base ( usualy I use all light colors as base) and after I wash the figures whit raw umber traditional.

Now I understand I thought they were for Hagen-Miniatures. And I did not know that you are working with Waterloo1815.

Thanks for the info.

Hi MABO

I understand your confusion. When I saw the Belgian carabiniers I also thought they were the ones from Hagen.
http://www.hagen-miniatures.de/index.ph ... w/225/1230.
But that should not be surprising as Massimo made both sets and they both depict Carabiniers charging ;-).
As I ordered the Belgian Carabiniers from Hagen, I can only say that I like both of the Waterloo 1815 sets.

Dear Friends,
Hagen has the Belgian Carabiniers in metal with positions different from those of the Waterloo1815
horses also are different
the dimensions are exactly equal both the figures and the horses
so you can use both sets together
cheers Massimo
