These are cast from oo gauge railroad molds and seems to fit our 1/72 scale pretty good, need to cast a few more of these!
Could need some tips and advice here, how do I improve this? It looks a little dark to me, some advice on how to drybrush the stonewall I have no idea how to do it, never used this technique before to be honest..
As for my research, I'm still confused about the embattlements, did they have the merlons and embrasures in 1361? Some preserverd parts of the first built walls seems to have had some..It seems it would be pretty dangerous to stand and watch the battle without the protection of the merlons, even if arrows probably didn't reach that far from a distance. This is how the oldest part of the wall looked like:
I'll probably go for the merlons.
I also cast some stones to place on the battlefield, turned out pretty good I say, maybe too big for 1/72 but still works as big boulders.
