Sometimes the scrolling bar on the right disappears for me

Hello,

Just want to flag that sometimes the scrolling bar on the right disappears when I click links in the forum, and I have to use my mouse wheel. It's not a huge deal, but it's happening for me.

the scrollbar must appear when you move your mouse, works fine here om my laptop
