Absolutely incredible. Also again a rare topic here, what makes the figures even more interesting!

Fantastic work as always. No matter how much work I see done yours always stands apart and is very distinctive for your extreme attention to detail and soft tones. As ever, beautiful work.

Hello Syh,

as you've shown before. Wonderful sculpting and just mind-blazing painting. Personally, I am not a fan of black-lining technique. When I try to do it it looks "dirty". In your case, the extreme precision gives it a new dimension and works extremely well. Also, you perfection the paint texturing. At this magnification every single brush stroke counts.
I stare with awe and pleasure
From my understanding the tall figure represents Mehmet II and the small some kind of captain of the janissaires (dogancibasi)?

Greetings
Michael

I fully subscribe to Egbert's opinion, so I will only add that your collection of historical characters is enriched by two new superb figures, syh. :notworthy:

Wonderful painted and transformed miniatures!

Can you say which basis-figure you have used for the boy?
Or did you sculpted this figure totally new?
Will you add still other vignettes to the theme Ottoman Empire?

I sculpted it totally new.
I guess I'll make more Sultan‘s portraits (6/36 for now,you can check my past posts),I also made the other figure with the theme of 1453 recently, l'll post it later.
