Lovely. I like the sombrero really much. I think that cactus would fit perfectly.

It's a wonderful vignette with a fantastic figure, Atalante! I love everything, especially the sombrero (just like Kekso) and the guitar on the shoulder. :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:

Nice figures with good details, especially the weaponry. They are usually a blob with the Itallieri ACW cavalry being splendid exceptions.

The painting is lovely together with the settings.

My only observation is that they do not seem to have stirrups of any kind and this together with not holding the reins means guiding a horse at speed with your thighs .

That’s a trick for the circus !

Best wishes,

Chris

Seeing these marvelous painted Mexicans leaves me asking where Yul Bryner, Steve McQueen, James Coburn, Charles Bronson and company might be hiding…….

¡Arribaaaaaaaaaaaa! (in Spanish  ).

Wonderful also these new Mexicans, atalante. I like the pile of firewood behind the wall, ready to be burned in winter. ;-)

Another scene about Austrian cuirassiers during the 30 Years' War. I'm moving away from the wild west a little...
