A Saracen rider in action! For once I put it on a base, it still looks better like that!

I love the Saracen but am not completely convinced with his horse. I think an extra colour, most probably a darker grey to add a little depth will make all the difference because right now the horse is a bit flat. I suggest you practise a little on a spare horse painting it the same way as your Saracen horse. Then add the darker grey (placed in a few wrinkles surrounding its muscles and perhaps a few darker shadows in its mane and tail) and it will breathe life into your horse and bring it up to the same level as your rider who looks splendid.

My comments are similar as k.b.'s. Nicely painted but odd choice of horse color. Or that's just photography matter???

I very much like the armour on the saracen figure, have to agree on the comments about the horse though

Despite the comments of the mates about the horse, I love your figure, atalante, for my taste it's fantastically painted.
