Ukrainian Fieldworkshop with BTR-3E

Posted by praga on 23 Sep 2023, 17:03

The BTR-3E is from ACE. Some of the figures are from AlexMiniatures, Germania and FC Model. The half BTR-80 is a 3D print by Panzerfux. Bought cheaply at the Panzerfux stand in Holzminden - it was a miscarriage and was damaged at the back. I immediately had in mind to build like this. The Renault R4 van is a resin model from PJ Production. The building is a toy with some scratch buildings inside. The diesel tank with fuel pump is a tank from a truck in 1:24 scale - slightly modified. The trees are branches from the garden. As always, everything in a picture frame.

Regards, Jens Hilgraf

A brilliant realisation of this particularly sad war.

The modelling is superb and is matched by the compositions together with some great photo angles.

I personally would have more detritus on the roads but all in all it’s first class in my opinion.

Well done indeed.

Best wishes,

Chris

Jens, another masterpiece as all your previous dioramas !!!!!!
I love the care you put on the details and the ambient, with war elements but in an "everyday civil life" atmosphere. Your dioramas are really unique and perfect, my deep respect :-D

Such good work and attention to detail! The dead (or at least dying) tree, the peak inside the garage, the terrifically relaxed and natural poses of the figures you have chosen. The use of the half vehicle entering the scene is interesting and unusual!

Another master diorama in your unique style, Jens, with all that attention to detail and scenery.

I can't help but feel a little sorry for the BTR-80 cut in half.

Sorry !

But this workshop isn`t impressive.
Oil, dirt, grass is growing everywhere.
If the AFV in the same condition or serviced by this mechanic team, Oh my Guinness !

Such a lousy dirty Dio you show us.
Clean it, cut the grass and that oil under the french car !

There is a sign on this white big can.
No fire !!!
And there is an amount of weapons , big ones also. Be very careful please, if you transport it.

:yeah:
