Heres one to upset the scale purists, a regiment of 24 men made from 13 Airfix, 8 Odemars, 2 Airfix english conversions, and 3 Esci Scots (=2 more for the skirmish stand)

My friend has already done them and we were trying to build up a big joint peninsula army, otherwise I would! Its a shame I have just noticed you cannot see the pipers kilts on this picture, or indeed the bagpipes prperly which are the red stewart tartan as they should be for such an esteened royal regiment.

What scale? 20mm? 25mm? 28mm?

Have you tried www.modelsforsale.com?

Excellent work...and it really shows that size differences aren't that big a deal once you get 'em all together.
