This is duel nr.259 folks!

a bit of delay, first because late entry so I put another duel on first, then my computer broke...
But here it is finally...

The rules this time were:

The duel against mister X.
- Greek Infantry - Zvezda set 8005
- Monthly duel mister X
- 2 pictures

You have a week to choose your winner.
Once again gentlemen take your places and may the best painter win.

And that was again a cool duel, with both voters.
But Mr.X. didn't got enough so the winner is Howlin (Jacob)

Thanks for the Duel Mr.X always a fun thing and willing to have a rematch

Seeing all your previous work really inspired me to strive for all the extras. Though I must admit this one looks like you were short on time or pushing to get through it, since there are some gold splatters that needed touch ups. With the closeness of the vote count that may have been the tipping point for my win.

And thank you for all the votes, this was my first time actually mixing skin tone pigment and doing whites of eyes, iris color, and tiny pupils. I would have liked to get more detail and design in the cape but I may need better techniques for that...

and thank you dads army as well for managing these duels.

I agree with Rich. Actually, what finally decided me to vote for Jacob's figure was the greater amount of colours and details of his clothes. :lol:

I voted for Mr.X this time, because I like his choice of colors. The figure from Jacob is of course great as well with all the details. But in the end I like more the cloth of a poor fighter.
