Uf, Egbert, what an amazing landscape!

I agree totally with OwenChpw, and really think that this marvel doesn't need the addition of figures at all. It's a masterpiece by itself.

My very best congratulations. :yeah:

Santi.

OwenChpw wrote:Wow. This is spellbinding! The terrain placement must have taken ages, where are the tree miniatures from? The autumn leaves look difficult to source. Is the water foam cotton? Was the water 'ardcoat or PVA glue in layers?

This is so realistic it looks photographed.

The trees are made themselves of twisted wire, glue, plaster and quartz sand.
Here is a link where I once described tree building.

The leaves are easy to make.
I took real dried leaves and a stamp of green stuff

The water is made of resin and I added cotton wool for the waterfall.

except maybe the guy with the axe.

I don't know which parts I either used for the figure.
It was mainly parts from my spare parts box.

Egbert this is a work of art.

I like my ground work but you have produced a masterclass here.

Brilliant stuff and the waterfall is lovely.

You, Wolfgang and the GIM crowd stand out in my opinion as the masters of dioramas in our scale.

Best wishes,

Chris
