Wonderful painted figures. The conversions makes them more lifelike.

Hi , friends. :yeah:
Thanks for the comment.
The modular fort in the legionary version finally starts receiving troops. Mounted patrol and marching expedition leaving the fort and some details of the legionnaires' hard routines.

Hello Jacques
I want to compliment her on her work. I have been a silent reader of her build. I am always amazed by her conversations and her sense of posing a character.
It's like they came to life and painted well.
I think we are a bit "brothers in spirit". Only that their way of working is a bit more professional than mine. Her fort and the expansion are also shown meaningfully and credibly. Keep it up and you have a wonderful diorama in your display case.
best wishes

Jürgen

Super stuff and the individual vignettes are brilliant.

The way you have done this is exceptional.

Best wishes,

Chris

Hi , friends.
I'm glad that you like the work as I like the works of the friends of the forum.
I agree with friend JurgenH.
We are brothers in spirit. Thinking about the idea, materials to give shapes and meanings in constructions and conversions, shaping in practice what we think and giving final life through painting and assembly, creating a story and life situations to human representation figures.

Merry Christmas.

Jaques.

Superb, the Airfix set was a childhood favourite, l was 9 years old and my school allowed us kids to bring a toy or game in on the last day before the Summer holiday, my choice was Fort Sahara but it never looked as good as this!
