This happened somewhere during 1930's in Sabac... It was a civil plane accident...

Didn't seem to burn. That makes a huge difference.

I suspect that the pilot didn't walk away without a few scratches.

Yes it would be interesting to make diorama. Only I am doing figures and dioramas, while my brother is interested in planes, tanks, trains etc...Just he colect them, don-t do models...

Very Interesting Emperor.

Old Pictures are a model makers dream, because they do certainly inspire.

That crash could be modelled.

I found many interesting photographs of this Paris train crash scene of October 22nd 1895.
Then I watched `Hugo', and realised that the dream sequence was based upon the reality of that Locomotive number 721 crash. :coffee: Well I collect Railway Loco`s Toot! Toot!
The video link above shows that brief movie sequence enjoy. BB

I think chief of Belgrade model club who is employed at Air Museum at Belgrade got interested in that photo. I don-t know did he made the diorama or does he plan to make it.

Wiking--

Maybe it has something to do with your love of modeling aviation mishaps, crashes, disasters, and other airborn catastrophies!

And partially demolished buildings...

And crowds of bystanders having a rubberkneck...

The only thing missing is the cat.

Hey Paul, great pic of the famous "Flying Frenchman". :xd: I liked the movie clip, I'll watch out for that one.

The first tree..a plane ? Whatever, crashing into trees seems to have been poplar.

Were the pilots in the Special branch ?

Keep the arboreal humour going, I say.

What else is there to do while we wait the 45 minutes it will take for Wiking to create a world-class dio that perfectly captures the spirit of this "Very Interesting Photo?"
