Little Demons

Posted by Gowan on 14 Jan 2019, 09:29

Hi again, I have got some more fantasy models for you all. This time some little red demons. As with the last figures these are some D&D models (this time gargoyels) that I have painted up. I felt they were a little too large to be animated building parts (or entities trying to imitate builting parts) so I decided to make them little red demons. As with the mind flayers it was a chance to experiment with unusual skin tones. I used several reds applied in different ways to create the contrast, Sadly corrections made later have reduced this contrast. Despite that I hope you enjoy these figures.

I love this kind of fantasy proposals including big creatures oer characyers from different scales which work so fine together with 1/72 , even historical!
Look similar to some own ideas:

I think they look very good as demons!

I really like those demons, they look great in the fiery red colour. Some fantasy figures leave me cold, but these are Smokin' Hot! :yeah:

To be honest, they'd work as living gargoyles for me too. If building blocks can come to life I'll allow them to grow in size too.

Certainly the ancient Gargoyles of stone look down upon society in general and with good reason.
Within fantasy such stone can come alive even as I have written, `Moving through solid walls'. BB
