And another duel has been come to a end.
Its clear where you all voted for...
21 against 2 is not what you call a close call.
But it's all for fun, so no worry, it has been fun!
Now and who was up against who....
The winner is Mr. Andrea, and he was up against Deon.
Thanks both for dueling, a job well done.
Also thanks to all the members who did vote for this duel!

A clear outcome, but to beat Mr.Andrea is really difficult I think. Congratulations to the very nice Prussian Drummer. Maybe the starting point for a new army. :yeah:

No, no, no. The trick for winning is to take picture of your entry with your palm as background.
If you don't believe me, please check September duel :xd: :xd: :xd:

I'm happy there are so many duels in such short time. This one was nice as well.

A big thanks to Deon for proposing the duel :yeah: , though I hated painting that figure. It's a nice one, but - I don't know why - I found it really difficult to paint.

I almost thought it was kekso because of the hand.

Is that a HäT figure? Sometimes the faces are difficult to paint. It seems that Deon especially struggled with the face, because I really like the rest of his drummer. Perhaps if he picked a better angle, he would have received more votes. Up the nostril is rarely the most flattering view.

Nice work mr andrea. A well deserved win. I tried a few things that didn't work, but it can only get better from here! The looser impressionist style doesn't work, need to keep it tight and technical!

In reality it suffices but not when you blow the image up in a post here. (I still don't see the point of painting dirty finger nails though) :eh:

He's now based with the command base for the regiment and looks fine.. But I'll take a different approach with any future duels, the main thing is that I got my photos clearer, it's just a case of making incremental improvements, new glasses won't hurt either?
