Brilliant job on that wood (oil color are always great to admire but the time to dry...uff).

The Kogge in Kampen is much darker. Almost black.
In the old days they used tar to protect and to seal the boat.
Should the model be darker too????

I have assembled the cog parts, applied some paint, and again with various brown Inks and Washes (GW and Vallejo) edited.
