Hello Steve, our hobby makes me discover many historical aspects all the time. It is a major aspect why I love it. Strelets and also Redbox are really great because they cover lesser known realms of history.
In the case of the Seminoles, the facts seem less victorious. Looking at Wickipedia or history books, Seminoles who were it seems survivors from other American regions who had retreated into Spanish Florida, fought a heroic but hopeless guerilla war. The survivors were sent into south-central deserts - where there were no settlers yet.
I discover the colours and beauty of their outfits. And I will use the civilian fighters for other 19th century uprisings, mostly European revolutions. They are close to perfect for that with exception of the Bowie figure.

Strong reds and blues on the native side and creams and whites on the Volunteers' side.
If I didn't have enough on my plate at the moment - I might get some.
Many greetings
