Does anyone know if Strelets will be bringing out Rif War Spanish infantry to oppose their Rifians?

You could place this excellent suggestion in the actual Strelets forum.
I imagine that quite a few hobbyists would really welcome an extension of the Rif War towards Spanish units and ultimately the SCW.

Are there any rumours about when the next sets are due out?

Yes that makes a lot of new uniforms but in this book you should find some interesting things...

The two volumes of 'The Lace Wars by the Funcken partnership is a 'classic' for students of 18th century uniforms. I have the books, and although they are very good they do not provide very much detail on uniforms before about 1720, and none at all for some of the important allied forces on both sides involved in the War of Spanish Succession (for example, Dutch, Danish and Bavarian troops).

It is interesting to see that the Kronoskaf Seven Years War website (a massive and very useful internet resource) is now being extended to cover the War of Spanish Succession.

Actually, this is the direct link:

http://kronoskaf.com/wss/index.php?title=Main_Page

or that one

http://www.kronoskaf.com/

the one given by MABO directs to their SYW page and from there seems to be no redirect to the actual main page, starting there might be a bit confusing.

From the look of them probably generic line cavalry of the period, perhaps French Cavalerie Légère (regular French Line Cavalry), but they might also be Bavarian Dragoons or Prussian Horse. Pretty much usable for most nations if I'm not completely mistaken.

The Strelets forum is suspended for one week, due to bot attacks, so we could have a week with no new figures to look at and that is a bit of a shame, but if it stops the spam , worth it.

Sorry if I'm offtopic, but where do you guys buy Strelets figures (European webshops)?
UK (for me) is no longer affordable option since I would need to pay VAT and/or custom duties.
Maybe someone knows reliable Ukrainian/Polish webshop that offers Strelets figures?

Usually I'm buying Strelets figures from Martola webshop. They don't have all in stock everytime - sometimes you must wait, till they get ordered sets from producer. Webshop had direct connection with their stock info, so products marked "in stock" are ready to buy instantly. ;)

I have seen a thread on the subject of where to buy, I thought it was here, so maybe on the Strelets page, but from memory Linear seemed to be popular within the EU.
