This was really longtime a very close competition. Both were well done, but one finally a little bit better.

And another duel is over, the winner is...... Mr. X.
It was indeed a close and fantastic duel, and Ralf (alias Strolch) did almost win.
I must say, by using different colors the figures don't look the same.
I like them both indeed!
27 votes, so thank you to all the voters!
Congrats to Mr. X and also job well done Ralph.

Ralf/Strolch--

Really fantastic work! I think your painting continues to improve. Your figure reminds me of something in a State Fair display.

Mr. X--

Congrats on your win. Bold colors and the best photograph prevail yet again.

Two absolutely wonderful, colourful, and exotic entries. Thank you both very much I really enjoyed seeing them.

These were both so good I wondered how I was meant to choose between them. Ralf almost won with his exceptional horse but the lace on Mr. X's Mamaluk tipped the balance for me. I do like to see lace on a Mamaluk.

I suggested a mamaluk for a previous duel but unfortunately Mr, X didn't have the HaT set. Looking at this I can see mr.X would have beaten me hands down. Ralf would beat me too. :-D
