I think that official scale is 32mm. I measured figure and it is around 40mm tall.

While I'm no fanboy of comic superheroes this vignette is superb! Your attention to every detail makes this scene so realistic and full of urban grime. Even the electrical box looks derelict as if no one had serviced the box for decades. The batman figure is nicely delineated and your shading of the muscle groups is well done. A+

This would be an impressive work even if it was in a larger scale like 1:16 or something, as I initially thought. Now, having learned that it is 40 mm, I'm even more impressed! The details are really outstanding.
