Remarkable work Jan. It will be an eye candy when you'll take a picture of whole painted army.

Thank you, friends. I am sure it's gonna take a while until the army is ready, but I will post some progress soon.

Good morning
Great conversions idea. I wonder how are you going to make the swords because I'm really interested to make the same figures.
Cheers.

Sorry, for the late answer. I must say in this case I will not add swords. The figures are "only" for wargaming and for me it is ok to have the overall look. But in general you are right: They should have one. But I am really thinking about a way to produce these figs. It is only an idea but...

Some WIPs. Most of them need only a base. ;-)

I see you paint Prussians, but you eat French fruit  Those lancers in the background look great. A close-up, maybe? ;-)

I have finished the last figures for the 12th Infantry Regiment and so I have no time to base those ready on the table. But maybe tomorrow.

Nice work on all of these. The Strelets infantry look good, I really like the marching officer and the drummer. And your Scutzen breaking into skirmish order look terrific.

The ex-reserve infantry are interesting, the differences in uniform should add some nice variety to your army.

Here it is:

12th Line Regiment. Two Musketeer Battalions, one Fusilier Battalion and Volunteer Jaegers.
Only one battalion wears the regular uniform at Waterloo. The other two the old Reserve-Infantry Grey.

The nexts steps:

Repaint the Art Miniatures Dragoons and convert them to the 2.Dragoons with white facings.

After that, building two guns to base two more artillery units. And also painting officers. The Lancers are from the East Prussian National Cavalry Regiment. It was not present at Waterloo, but I like them and will them base as well, just to display them.
