Pitty they don’t sell the buildings seperately. Like the Russian Izbas or in this list the Pegasus bridge.

There is an highly detailed Benouville bridge, although you'll pay the price for it too! It won't stop me from buying it, though.

Zulus, do you want a MDM bridge or a better detailed resin bridge?

I am ok with MDF , I have seen one maybe two good quality bridges in the past but price and my clumsiness at breaking resin has put me off,but if the Italeri one is not very good, I may have to think again.

Nice new houses and huts, but no new figures.

Dear Manstein,
it seems that you well informed in different productions. Do you know what happens with the results of the former figure-poll of Italeri two years ago? They wanted to produce new figures like Mexicans and Italians, but it seems that nothing followed this announcement.
I hate polls from producers which they ignore later on.

This last Italeri poll was implemented in september 2016 and many of us are looking forward to the elected kits & figures since then.

Zapatistas/Villistas Mexican Revolution
Italian Colonial Troops late 19th/early 20th century
Modern Italian Special Forces (Afghanistan & Iraq)
Fiat 626 truck
Semovente 90/53
Lancia 3Ro truck with mounted 90/53 gun
Adua-class submarine

https://www.facebook.com/ItaleriModelKit/posts/1193791487360136

Only visible for people with FB accounts I guess?

No idea if & potentially when Italeri will realise them.

Maybe some of our italian friends have better insight into Italeris business strategy?

Note that there has been an earlier Italeri poll around 2010 if I remember correctly.
Some long-desired results from that poll didn't materialise as well so far.
L6/40 light tank, P26/40 heavy tank, M18 Hellcat tank destroyer or M3 Stuart light tank for example.

But never say never. ;-)

I'm glad that they are reissuing Esci's Warsaw troops as the original box could reach quite a penny these days.
Many of the reissues are nice and fun figures.

The playset with the bridge. Price is 74 euros here, but I've seen it somewhere for 60 euros.

I like the set. And if you follow the link you can see a beautifull but clean diorama.

German Infantry (Esci 208/Italeri 6034)

1x Opel Blitz 3ton truck (Esci 8007/Italeri 7014)
1x VW Typ 82 Kübelwagen (Italeri 7024)

Note that the originally announced Panzer IV kit was replaced by an Opel Blitz truck and a VW Kübelwagen.

Still announced:
6190 - Cold War/1980s Warsaw Pact Troops (Esci 242)
6191 - Cold War/1980s Nato Troops (Esci 241)

6192 - "Gauls Village Assault" playset
Roman Infantry (Italeri 6021)
Roman Cavalry (Italeri 6028)
Gaul Warriors (Italeri 6022)
Celtic Cavalry (Italeri 6029)
MDF laser cut Village Buildings (4 buildings & a cart?)

6193 - "Stalingrad Factory Battle" playset
German Infantry (Italeri 6068 or 6151?)
Soviet Infantry (Italeri 6069)
2x T-34/76 (Italeri 7523?)
1x Pz.Kpfw.IV Ausf.F (Italeri 7514?)
1x PaK 40 AT Gun (Italeri 6096?)
Battlefield Accessories (Esci 8060/Italeri 6049?)
MDF laser cut Industrial Buildings (3 buildings?)

Although the MDF laser cut buildings are quite simplified and not up to other manufacturers standards, I really like Italeris approach to possibly arouse interest among younger hobbyists and newbies. :yeah:

That factory looks huge!
I could picture the secret agent that came with Caesar's SAS settrying to get some intel from that place.

And with the other industrial buildings by Sarissa Precision you can even make it bigger.
Hope Sarissa will produce this factory in the Stalingrad set seperately.
