New Mars Set promoting German Television Miniseries

Posted by T. Dürrschmidt on 26 Aug 2018, 10:10

Actor Tom Schilling wouldn´t be very amused if he would see himself (three times photoshopped) on a set with plastic soldiers.

Mars doesn´t copy other figures anymore, but Mars steals the box arts from German TV Series "Unsere Mütter, unsere Väter" or "Generation War" :xd:

The images certainly are astonishingly similar. Hmmm...

Probably better to use reenactors. And probably cheaper if the copyright holder finds out.

Not sure if I'll ever be a fan of Mars' sets, but I have Generation war on DVD and it is far superior to any British, American or Russian Second World War series I have watched (except maybe for Band of Brothers).
