But what kind of sand, Fred? :eh:

Nice work and an unusual topic! Which figures are these?

I'm loving the camel theme on BFF.

I think it's fine coastal sand + shell from Serious Play, I've had it for years. It shows up the texture very well.

The figures are from Newline Designs Marvin, so they're true 20mm metal. I asked him to make them early this year. If you're interested orders are 25% off until the end of this month. There are three human poses, I just did a bit of surgery on four figures.

MrsG says you should paint a few camels Peter.

Great to see them finished! And I think they look great in this scale, I wouldn't want to meet them in scale 1/1! Hmm, Jan's next groupbuild will be camels?

Nice one, Fred! A great distraction from all those horses galloping around the BBF.

Excellent finished result, a really nice depiction of one of the quirkier and more interesting Napoleonic units.

Finally the camels (and the camel riders) are finished. :winky: I like both the final result and all its making of process.

Fantastic work, FredG, congratulations! :yeah:

Santi.
