Another duel is over...
And the winner is.... Mr. "X", Yeah this unknown member is good isn't he! :yeah:
He was up against Sasha (Zed1) who also did a cool job (good choice of figure as well)
Gentleman thank you for this nice duel, it was a pleasure to see.
The 21voters, thanks as well, a shame not more members have the guts to click here!

Until next month!
Mr. "X" is looking forward to it already ( this person can't be stopt anymore!)

Interesting Duel again. I did not like the figure that much, but this was not part of the decision. Congrats to the famous Mr.X and I am glad he has found an opponent for next month finally.

I recently painted that figures for my DNA Spartacus army and was surprised to see it here again. I was glad with the choice of the figure, though personally I would have gone for the dwarf gladiator of the Pegasus set.
Congrats to both contenders.

Wow Zed1's figure is just beautiful. I prefer the shield, the arm armor, the face, the color choices, and the painting style of his entry. Mr. X seems to have done a better job with the photo.

One more example of the famous phrase "blondes have more fun?"

Maybe the photo, but for me it was the skin that made me voting for Mr. X! The shading is nicely done!

Maybe Mr. X had a real naked lady posing for him as he painted?

I thought I knew who the great Mr. X was but now I am confused again.
It must be someone else. Or Mr. X developed his painting style and - especially - his photographic qualities a lot since last year.
However, compliments to Mr. X.

I am sorry for the 'Enter the arena' artist but I thought the photograph being too poor to judge the colors and details of the figure.

Mr Cryns hit the nail on the head. The photo won it.

Well the photo is not of the best quality but in my opinion "Enter the arena" is an eye catching entry.

Look at poll at the beginning of this thread. The one you voted for should have title and percentage in bold letters.
