1/35 diorama "Menin Road"

Posted by gerry7944 on 17 Mar 2017, 00:23

This is a First world war diorama using a 1/35 whipet tank.

The base is scratch built and the figures are from Master box.

Cheers

Love it! Is that a severed arm in the puddle? I like the smoke coming from the cigarettes.

Everything including the captured British Tank is modelled muddy enough for my liking, and Gerry I think your work is stupendous. The wooden running boards: Ypres . BB

Bluefalchion

Thanks for that.

Much appreciated.

Yes it is a severed arm as I wanted to convey some of the horrors of that terrible war.

I've seen the picture of your hobby room, and I'm sure you can make some more diorama's! ;-)

WWI and a zombie, great work! Love the mud! :-D
