Nock, draw and loose - Agincourt 1415

On my bench a vignette depicting three longbow archers at the battle of Agincourt 1415. A banner in the background and other props will be added later. BTW, the set is from Fredericus Rex Greenline and their quality is sky high.





I decided to replace the casted white metal bows with a more sturdy metal. They are needles, filed on one side to form a D-section, then both ends tapered and slightly bended. The hands were drilled too.







The strings made out of very thin stretched sprue.





A dry check on the composition...
