Is this mold matrix made of a heat resistant rubber so you can cast a flexibel metal doll with it?

And why do you already add the air escape canals?
Isn't it much more easy to cut those air canals after both halves of the mold are finished?

Matrix is made of plasticine, mould will be from heat resistant silicone.
So yes, dolls will be metallic.

I allways mark small preliminary canals for metal intake, then it will be easier to cut proper canals on right place later. But here are only mess, all this canals will be corrected before mouldmaking.

I know so little yet about molding and casting.

Incredible! How come this does not break apart at once when this is casted soft metal?

Looking at your latest picture showing 4 horses in different poses I realize tin / pewter / white metal can be bended but only once or twice before it breaks.

I am full of admiration. Where did you get this brilliant idea?

My metal is very flexible, like wire, it takes hard work of bending before its break. Also its cast in low temperatures, so moulds have longer life. And it is expensive.

About idea..
I don't know, I always "invent wheels".. if people forgot to tell me that something is impossible to do, I just do this.
