I love your painting style a lot.
Talking about nostalgia: you show us modern nostalgia. Your style reminds me of the 1990's Wargames Foundry catalogues showing us a colorfull, lively and smooth painting style that was unknown to me in the 1980's.

Its confusing to see what figures you present us. Some are very close to the original Celt civilians from New Line Design. But all are conversions I think.

I like your conversions which are impressive good. Only I don´t agree with the Mars figures where you have done a wonderful paint job on figures who are mostly broad monsters. Please forgive me for Quasimodos. It´s a pity that Mars is the only producer of Central European figures of the 17th century. The sculptors of Mars doesn´t have and doesn´t learn any knowledge of the human or equestian anatomy: neckless heads, strange hands/legs and movements, Quasimodo backsides etc.
It´s mostly my personal frustration after buying some sets of Mars of which the half of the figures were rubbish. And it´s a cry against a producer who doesn´t learn anything and become still worse in his misleading figure-style.

7 of them are indeed converted celtic civilians from Newline .

My main painting inspiration are works of prof. Witchheimer of Lead Adventure Forum and late XVIth century costume books.

As for the decline in sculpting quality of Mars sets it's very weird since it seems the whole line is made by one sculptor.
