At last, here are my entries!

First Arn's homecoming. Puck has found fresh water and Blind Blake is also thirsty and walks to the sound of water. Arminius haven't understood, he just thinks Blake is missing the path. Again. First in the line walks Robert Locksley, Much Millerson and Will Scarlett. They have left their native England to go abroad and get some fresh air. They say. Then we have Arn's old servant Flexus. They have a very long history together. Flexus served Arn's father too.

Over to the next entry/era!

Shooting practice I call this little entry. During the 30 years war Thijs van Doorn realized he needed to protect his property. So he and some friends started a little company. Only one problem, none of them had held any kind of gun before. So they went out in the field and started practicing.

Ooops! Farmer Maggott's cow got in the way!

And the last entry. A little more modern. The Swedish hippie Hasse visited Arnhem in 1972. I sincerely hope that the way to Arnhem goes beyond 1972!

The pics were taken indoors because it was raining and placing plaster bases in rain is not a good idea. It can be just as bad idea sending them to Germany, but I will do must best to give them a safe travel.

Ah, you mean the cow? I'll get my hair cut later today, so for a while he looks like me, but soon that is over. ;-)

I understood that you thought I was the hippie. I wasn't alowd to have my hair that long 1972, that came a couple of years later. You can be the cow. But since it stays in Sweden, how do you want your coffee?

:-D The names and story line coupled with the painted figures on their way upon the base, and the other one of the shooting practice scene with the downed cow is highly amusing Gunnar. :-D :-D :-D :-D Yes very Chucklesome indeed. :-D
i like to believe that the cow in question just fell over to avoid getting blasted from whatever shot was loaded in those rather unreliable weapons of mass destruction.
In the last scene it looks like the base had been blown away with all that practice shooting, and never did it regrow. So no flowers here for that Hippie type fellow to pick. ;-)
I like it all Gunnar ,even that which was removed. !!!
:read: "Although it does seems rather strange without the dogs."
"That`s a darn good point Book Worm, people might think it to be a Fake Gunnar! ." :-D

Ooops! The dogs! Nah, I'll keep my dog collection at home. I am quite fond of it so I am not going to send them anywhere. But I should paint more of them!

OK so here's my two-cents. It's 1915 and the French are riding to Arnhem. One weary Poilu has stopped to rest, only to find that one of his countrymen from 1415 has stolen his bicycle.
