To make a figure dynamic, you need to twist the torso or raise a foot etc.

that's what you've done here & I wish more of the professional sculptors were as good as you.

Wonderful work as usual but how do you make a mould from them? As a lot of the master figures are made from soft plastic I wonder how you stop the plastic from twisting out of shape.

On another note, I need to convert a BUM Spanish Foreign Legion officer by removing an arm and replacing it with one holding a pistol, ideally with a rolled up sleeve! Any idea what I could use a donor figure?

There is no matter of twisting when the mould is produce.
When you made conversion, you can used a steel squeleton.
