Saving the Queen´s Colours

Posted by Capt. Morris on 19 Oct 2011, 12:12

This was my participation in the 29th competition. At the begining I was thinking about another diferent topic but it exceeded the nimber of figures, another picture by Neuville "The cementery of St.Privat".My idea seems not to have liked too much since D.Quixote finally won, although it was jusr a good idea and a good transformation.Anyway thank you very much for all yours votes and congratulations for the winners , I think that the first three were the best.

Great job, now I can see some details like the shields of the warriors, and they're incredible.

 very nice (and more!)!
don't see before (or not remember! ) but I started the votes quite late....
Don't know if I had voted for you , because "Don Quichote" was my preferred entry but I'm sure that I had a great hesitation !!!
I don't see any default on this dio: scenery, choice of figures, details, painting:
Best congratulations! It's a pleasure to see such works! :-D
