Belgian Happy Wargamer FIGZ figure

Posted by Peter on 25 Sep 2011, 13:17

Well here's my contribution of the figure we received at the FIGZ meeting in June.

Image

The base is painted with the Belgian flag, and the blue looks like the shirts of the Belgian team, which are riding their World Championship at this very moment.

The dice is in the colors of the Netherlands organizer of the meeting.

The figure is painted in the colors of Russia to honor Alex. (Hope you like it mate?) Trousers in blue, and the shirt in white and red.

Hope you like him? :?

Pfff, I was hoping to see more painted ones over here, and am glad to see what you made out of this guy.
I painted mine after he was put on the dice, seems you got another way for this.
Splendid result, thanks for painting it

Thanks edchew and Remco

@edchew: I always try to give a personal touch to the figures I paint ;-)

@Remco: I painted them seperate. I drilled out that little hole so I could place the figure on it. ;-) I'm also looking forward to more of these painted figures ;-)

Well, another nice one... I like the idea behind it very much. Good job, Peter.
A really great sculpted figure, by the way. :-D

@Remco: maybe most people like collecting figures more than painting figures? Dunno.

I know but it would be nice to show Alex the result, this man did a good job on this figure  !!!!
Personal I colect them to, but with paint it looks much better!
I respect everyone who does keep it unpainted, but it looks like nobody did get this figure :?
