Depends on what you see as "illegal" :-) :-) Some good bands played there..every year hawkwind played..not so good but there was at least 3 stages with lots of small bands.. :headbang:
And the solstice morning.....great fun 8)
The last year there was reckoned to be 3/4 of a million people who went.

Time is almost there...

We would like to see typical English landscape, don't want to drive from figurestore to figurestore, just enjoy a week there....

So tips dont have to be hobby related ;-)

Though not from England, there is a wide variety of scenery from the lake district to the Cotswolds the areas round Bath are beautiful as are the Norfolk broads ( though probably a bit like the Netherlands) to Yorkshire Moors...Wales has some lovely scenery to.
