you should meet this guy I know he is a gladiator renactor :-D He even makes his own Armour and swords. 8)

Great outfit, the patch on your head is particularly funny.

I love the conversation between you, the WWI British officer, the German in a piklehaube (checking his smartphone of course :tongue: ), the woman, and what appears to be Rasputin in the background :P

I know! that's the best thing about the photos, the bizzarre smattering of characters. Walking home on saturday night was a dutch girl in long flowing dress with mechanical monocular, the world's most camp young man in a black three piece suit and yellow silk cravat, a bare chested and bare footed cossack pants wearing russian fire breathing acrobat and me in my british army officer's outfit complete with sword and white helmet. It was quite hilarious.

The german is actually examining one of my gadgets, a bakelite razor strop

The patch on the head was the one thing everyone commented on. I was gutted. I'd spent hundreds of hours on that outfit and everyone liked the 30 second square of leather sticky-taped to my head the best!
