Today is Midwinter, longest night of the year, and when the midwinter horn echoes tonight, it will be the start of the ancient Germanic 12-day Yule feast, so to all:

Bah! to you and your mid-winter. Here it is "mid-summer" which means rain, rain, more rain and just for a change drizzle. Can't wait for the rainy season to finish and the real summer to start.
