I recommend Jadar Hobby. Never been there but my online shopping expecience is very good. Only thing to be careful is that some stuff that are marked as "in stock" aren't always in stock for real. So give your sister some multiple choices

It depends will she manage to have time to go to shop for me...Anyway when we were in Budapest some 4 years ago I was impressed...I think it will be symbolic that if she visits Poland to buy me some Zvezda Polish hussars...They are real eye candy when painted judging by work on forum...
