In Japan they have many cherry trees . :-D
I have only one. :oops:
But I love him . :love:
May our lives bloom like this tree.

Japanese term is "sakura" if I remember correctly.

Frost did lots of damage here this year... especially on fruits :(

I remember well the dark pink of the Cheery Tree`s in full blossom upon the Avenue where I lived content and free as a dreamy eyed kid. Our house was the first one on the right at the point where the roadway split into two and started to form a ring around a small grassed over parcel of land surrounded by spiked iron railings ,and spaced out in a perfectly measured way Cheery tree`s were planted on the inside edge of it. Shorncliffe Avenue had these trees running up both sides of the road too. in my memory I recall its splendid sight. As for those railings the larger boys would bend one so as to give access for play in the grassed over ring. BB
