"Hobbits Fighters" (conversions ) Mithril 32mm

I continue my quest for Hobbits Fighters, but it's difficult to find some ideas or only the way to convert them.
And I don't have a big stock of Mithril figs that I can use to get parts...
(I've noticed that strangely the Hobbits are difficult to find at a good price... some are even very expensive )
Well ..
I think that I will complete my Purple Guard unit a little and do a Scouts unit with other ones.
