She's not alone anymore (mild nudity)

Posted by Susofrick on 20 Apr 2018, 08:32

A very long time ago I found this figure in a sandpit. Not so very long ago I had her identified by the friends here and painted her.

Yesterday I got a package! What can it be????

Image

Yes! Some friends for her! :-D

Image

Look how happy she is now! Almost as happy as I am!

Image

And some other friends:

But the painting table is occupied! :(

It is always magic receiving such clasics via the post.
Now the painted dancing girl  has something special to dance about, being surrounded by long ago lost old friends. Her story and theirs would be wonderful to hear, all it needs is a finger bright or otherwise upon the keyboard. ;-) Once upon a time there was a dancing girl a real pearl of a girl found in a sand pit......... perhaps the rest is for another time?
Enjoy your figures Gunnar, they are a well good and worthy addition to have,
and are becoming quite rare to find. My house is a tip and it`s very hard to find even mine. :-D

Greetings to everyone reading or trying to read. BB

I think Cacofaonix looks happy to have found a girl to dance to his music, and some other players to jam with. Always good to see the Asterix figures and I'd be happy to see these painted in the future.

But in the mean time, those sacks look interesting. I think there's a story there.

Is mail in Sweden always delivered by the FIGZ Napoleon.

Be carefull Gunnar! Painting instruction, one figure each month! Not two! One! Just one! Otherwise the magic will be gone! :P

Looks like these figures are making a tour through Europe!

Fantastic figures they are, Susofrick. Cheer up, paint them soon and join the Asterix fan club, as I did (I have doubts if his founder was Dad's Army or Beano Boy)

Now I'm posting pics again! :-D Finished my Medevials! And a cook for another project! :-D

Image

But I always thought one of them should have another animal to sit on!

Image

Nikolai's ox was a bit slim (lots of bluesmusicians called slim, but Slim Bull? Bah, there's been one Almost Slim so why not!)

Image

So now I can start on my Asterix-figures! Girls go first and since Cacofonix also is a musician (as long as he doesn't sing (very much like me)) he can go as well. And along with some Roman audience and some other stuff! Peter said one figure a month, but he must have mixed that up with cake. It's one birthday-cake a month! I have great fun with these! :-D :-D :-D

I like the ox team. Very nice idea.

I see the stuff surrounding your shown figures.
Do we share the same idea of tidiness ?

Gunnar,is that OXO-RIX a brand new character sitting upon that Bull ?
After another look i noticed that Mouse or is it a rather slim hungry Rat ?
In the mixing up of fantasy any bottle top figure fits in well, remember my cabbages?
The Romans are still guarding them. ;-) BB
