Agree totally with Chris and Peter. I didn't know that ostrichs and horses were so closely related! But apparently! Lovely figures!!!

Your work is truly remarkable Sho…….. you have certainly come a long way in a very short time. Fabulous work…. . It seems that while my eyesight is failing, yours is getting better and better. I fear the answer can be summed up in a single word …. age!
For you moderators out there could you please explain why on the first 2-3 pages of this thread I am unable to see the photos………..only the word [image]?
but on the last couple I can see the images…..
Ps/ I’m hopeful that the explanation here is not old age……. but whilst it may not be my failing eyesight, it could well be my ignorance in all things technological!

Just checked it and used the image code, and it gives an error 404, not found. I could be that Boki removed those pictures from his storageplace. :(

Sorry Keith, it must be your eyes and age of course! :joker:

Sorry for that k.b.!
These photos are invisible because at first I followed the suggestions from professional, who programmed my homepage. But as I suspected, this not worked well at all and I reprogrammed my homepage by my own initial way. So these sculpting photos are now just on different addresses, you may see them here..

High quality for scale 1/100. The scale is alot easier for calculating things, which can not be said about basically all the other scales in our hobby.
Sho, where all the horses sculpted from the dolly furthest to the right? How are the legs added to the dolly? Doesn't look like wire with some epoxy on it, more like some separate white metall legs glued together and then covered with green stuff.

Yes, all horses were sculpted from the dolly on the right. Legs are also casted metal dollies and bended to desired positions. Now there are several sets of horses in metal.

Sorry for delay, my tries to enter were denied then, after some collapse of forum, but today I tried again and voila, I am in. Good to be back. :-)

Hello sho,
nice to have you back. Seems you have passed the test :-D
Your sculpts are always a joy to look at.
I also must say that your Napoleon doesn't look like Joachim Phoenix
Sorry, 2nd degree.
Greetings
Michael

All the generals look great, Sho, but my favourite is definitely the Man himself. The resemblance to the original at the beginning of his military career is astonishing, even more so considering the small scale of your figures.

Very well done, my respects, sir. :yeah:

Santi.
