Only a close order combat scenario would apply here,or perhaps practice sessions.
The shields will lift the scene somewhat and i`ll paint them freehand. I`ll compare them later with other medieval figures i have. They are all A CALL TO ARMS NORMAN`s Detail is rather thin,but most of each figure will be behind the kite shield,and does sort of remind me of my younger days when i used to draw them easily on any odd piece of paper that i could find. Just a shield with two running legs at the bottom a spear or sword point sticking out,and a Normans head plonked on top. I feel that these will somehow look no differant. BB
