28mm WW2 Vehicles / update 22.Nov.2019

Posted by T. Dürrschmidt on 10 Nov 2019, 15:45

Hello,

my modelling projects got bigger and bigger during the last years. Therefore I like sometimes doing stuff which I can complete in one or two evenings. Just for fun…..or as a part of a small diorama some day...the fast building wargaming models are perfect for that purpose.

Best regards from Bavaria

Thomas

Starting with DAK vehicles:

Opel Blitz by Ebob (metal) with some conversions.

I have learnt that I would need a special plastic glue for Rubicon Models, because it is made from ABS plastic. Normal modelling glues don´t work properly.

Very nice as always Thomas.

I particularly like the Blitz. It looks like it’s well travelled, most apt in that theatre.

Best wishes,

Chris

I especially like the way Warlord Games does the Zimmerit coat on their vehicles. Looks very convincing to me.

Very cool. You say you completed those AFV in one or two days each? Wow.
