1/35 Diorama "End Game"

Posted by gerry7944 on 03 Oct 2018, 01:35

This is a 1/35 diorama on which I have used various manufacturers models such as Verlinden, Tamiya,Masterbox, some resin figures, heads, and items from my spares box.

The rubble is my own concoction and I have used Valejo paints and Mig pigments on it.

Cheers

Gerry

Resting from Napoleonics? It is great work, although uniforms are a bit too shiny for my taste. Maybe you can dust them with some pigments?

Well chosen pose of downed, wounded, unshaved and scuffling prisoners.
Also with some heroes who closed her eyes forever.
And there is a light beam written on the wall too.
Fritz liebt Gerda.

I agree with Kekso. The uniforms should be more dusty.
The letter written on the wall are in the order of, Sieg heil instead of Sieg hiel.

A lot of work, ideas and small bits of equipment as slogans in two languages are to see.
The whole scene capture the atmosphere of the "Stunde Null" (hour nil) admirable.

Nice to see you back in action Gerry.

Nice composition and some lovely camera angles.

I would not want to be the guy who clears the debris up!

Best wishes,

Chris
