54mm French Hussar

Posted by Santi Pérez on 12 Jul 2018, 16:47

Hello, friends. First of all, my best wishes for a good summer and a good winter to all North and South hemisphere forumers, respectively. ;-)

I have noticed sadly that the pictures of some of my past posts have disappeared due to some problem with Postimage.

I think it's a pity that these pictures can't be enjoyed by forumers who didn't see them in their day, so I have decided to post those again, not with all the original pictures, but only with some of the more outstanding ones.

This is the first of the posts, corresponding to a 54mm mounted French hussar from Andrea Miniatures. Two more posts will follow in this same forum section.

Thank you very much, friends. :-)

Bravo! They sure were the Dandy`s of display!

If they are still on pc file, re-posting is a good way of supporting this Forum again in a most positive way.All one has to do is remember the photographs concerned with the topic.
In my case that is an impossibility ;-) ! BB

Yes, BB, I always keep all the pictures I take of my figures orderly classified on my PC files in order to avoid problems like this. And it's a real pleasure to look for them, select the most outstanding ones, upload them to Postimage and post them here again. ;-)

Everything on this hussar is superb. The braiding is perfect and the shading for the red pelisse is a real work of art. Even the red 'bag' on the busby just jumps out beautifully.

Much respect for this figure from me! :-D
