I didn't make it Emperor. It's a wooden plinth base bought from a Base manufacturer.

Fantastic presentation, painting, color choice, basing, modeling, and photography.

I think my favorite part of the whole thing are the mounted cavalryman's dusty, dirty boots. What an effect you were able to achieve there...
