Drum Roll!
Hi Gerry, great figures and well painted too. They do look splendid!

They reminded me of my little tongue in cheek story i penned a few years back. It was my version of the little tin soldier, that i indeed painted up in a red style French regimental uniform. Having only one which was given me as a gift,he had remained unpainted for years, and actually lived in one of my cluttered wooden drawers.

That story book tale `The Little Tin Soldier',is somewhere within this Forum on, Other Scales Gallery. It is quicker to Google it and put `on Benno`s, on the end if there is anyone interested in my pen & ink jottings.

As i saw yours all lined up on their bases, and upon the advance.it brought back some good sound memories. Thanks for posting Gerry. :-D BB
